Email newsletters are now the norm, often sent weekly, biweekly or monthly. Depending on the time of year, there may be a lot of content to include. Is the email getting read all the way to the end? Are advertisers getting enough bang for their buck?
CustomNEWS recently worked with the PCMA New England Chapter to redesign their email to make it more user-friendly:
- Rather than putting all the content in the email, a more traditional newsletter format is now used. A link to the digital version of this newsletter is included in the email sent out in conjunction with each issue.
- The email is now short and concise, promoting deadlines and teasing to content inside the issue.
